Tell us a little bit about your love story!

"Brett & I met through a mutual friend at work who had been trying to set us up for months. Our paths finally crossed at a work event & we both immediately knew something was there! We dated for about 14 months before getting engaged out in Rocky Mountain National Park last Christmas Eve. It was the perfect setting for a proposal & my family was there to witness the whole thing!"

How did the two of you meet?

"We met at the American Royal BBQ through a mutual friend. Brett & I were both very shy at first, but then he asked me to two-step & we spent the rest of the night together - talking & dancing!"

What was one of your favorite moments from your wedding day?

"There are too many to choose from! Our first look was very special & one of those moments I'll never ever forget. Another favorite was our first dance because we surprised everyone with some two-stepping!"

What made you decide to get married on July 15th?

"Once we visited Eighteen Ninety we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. They had an opening on July 15 so we took it! Nothing like planning a wedding in under seven months!"

Did you have a specific theme in mind while you were planning?

"We went for a romantic feel with everything, which went perfect with the house & outdoor ceremony. Since our wedding was in the summer, we wanted bright colored flowers, which really popped with the navy bridesmaids dresses."

What advice would you give to other brides in regards to dress shopping?

"When looking for your wedding dress, compare it to finding the right guy - don't stress too much, because you will know when it's The One!"

Where did you draw your inspiration & ideas from?

"Let's just say I was a Pinterest addict for a solid 6 months! I had an idea about what I wanted, but did a lot of research to really find what I liked & even what I didn't like."
